Switzerland Visa

Description

Required Documents:

  1. Passport (valid for minimum 3 months from date of travel).
  2. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport: first pages, last page and all pages with previously obtained
    visas.
  3. Photo (1), (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm).
  4. Ticket reservation.
  5. Hotel reservation.
  6. Detailed travel itinerary.
  7. Travel insurance valid for Schengen countries (at least 1 month).
  8. Bank statement for last 3 months.
  9. For Employee: Recommendation letter from the employer addressed to the Embassy mentioning: profession and position, number of years in service, monthly salary, number of annual leave, purpose and exact dates of the granted leave, typed out name of the person signing.
  10. For Self-Employed: Motivation letter addressed to the Embassy (similar to recommendation letter for employee).
  11. Commercial circular (with English translation).
  12. Family statement (with English translation).
  13. Visa Application Form.
  14. Visa Fees.

    Remarks:

    • Processing period: 15-20 days from date of documents delivery.
    • It is mandatory for you to submit your application personally.
    • The foregoing is not an exhaustive list, each applicant may be asked to provide additional proof.
    • All requested evidence must be produced in original and photocopy with a certified translation into English or French. However, handing in a complete set of documentation does not guarantee the delivery of the requested visa.
    • Please be advised that the possession of a valid Schengen visa does not grant an irrevocable right of entry to or temporary stay in the territory of the Schengen member states. You may as well be required to present certain evidence again upon entry at the border post.
